Robert Morgan has performed numerous renovations for Global State’s US portfolio since 2011. Robert’s recent experience includes development of $219 million in new apartments, $3.5 million of townhomes development, and $9 million of apartment renovations. Prior to founding his own construction company, Robert Morgan worked for 16 years as a superintendent for some of the most well-known construction companies in the Southeast where he managed the development of over 2,000 units of garden style and high density apartment developments. Robert has his GC license in the following states: Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana. Contact Info
