Bryan joined Global State in August 2005 and has been actively involved in the syndication and investment management of 27 real estate acquisitions and developments totaling over $700 Million in value throughout the Southeast and Southwest United States. Bryan earned his MBA degree with a concentration in Finance at the University of Florida in 1999. Bryan also earned a BA degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1995. Prior to joining Global State, Bryan worked for seven years with two Fortune 500 Companies, as a Project Manager with UPS, and as an Engineer with Sikorsky Aircraft, a United Technologies Company.
