Alf Span joined Global State in February 2008 as the Business Unit Manager. During his tenure, Alf has been involved in the syndication and investment management of real estate acquisitions and developments throughout the US. Between 2001 and 2008 Alf was employed by Bouwfonds Property Finance and SNS Property Finance as an account manager where he originated construction loans with a value of over $1 billion in the USA and Canada. Alf has a Masters degree in Finance.
