Investment Management

Since 1999, the partners of GSIG have acted as Investment Managers for its Dutch affiliate Global State Investments. This includes sourcing equity investments with 3^rd party real estate firms and developers, overseeing the execution of each project, and investor communications. The goal of the Investment Management arm of the business is to optimize the value of the investment through the use of customized marketing, leasing and management strategies. GSIG outsources on-site property management to experienced third party property management firms. The combined efforts provide the following expertise to the project:
