Global State Investment Group (GSIG) is an Atlanta based real estate firm that acquires and renovates multifamily real estate assets throughout the United States. The firm also acts as the Investment Manager for a portfolio of US multifamily projects owned by our Netherlands-based equity group, Global State Investments.

The partners of GSIG have owned and/or asset managed over $1.1 billion of real estate assets in markets throughout the US including Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada.
