GSIG has extensive renovation and redevelopment experience and the ability to deliver on a wide variety of construction strategies from “light value-add” to the “heavy lifting” of complete redevelopment projects. GSIG’s executive team takes an active role as construction manager in all our renovation projects. This personal oversight provides advantages to our real estate investments:

- Complete exterior rehab including new roofs and siding.
- Total overhauls of Leasing Offices and Amenity Buildings; both interior and exterior.
- Apartment interior unit upgrades including complete tear down and rebuild of down units.
- Exterior site improvements including landscaping, retaining walls, and drainage solutions.
- New amenities such as fitness centers, grilling areas, pools, dog parks, and playgrounds.
- Addressing major deferred maintenance and construction defects such as interior polybutylene plumbing and exterior galvanized plumbing replacements.
